The Harpeth Way

Personal Attention

At Harpeth Custom Homes, you'll work directly with Owner Bryant and Lead Designer Kristin throughout your entire building journey. Unlike larger builders where you might get passed between different departments, our leadership team stays personally involved from the initial consultation to the day we hand you your keys. This means faster decisions, clearer communication, and a home that truly reflects your vision.

Quality Craftsmanship

Every Harpeth custom home begins with understanding your unique needs and lifestyle. Kristin's expert design eye and warm approach ensures your home isn't just beautiful, but perfectly functional for your family. Through detailed consultations and collaborative planning sessions, we'll work together to create spaces that reflect your personality and enhance your daily life.

Local Expertise

As lifelong residents of Middle Tennessee, we bring an intimate understanding of the region's unique characteristics to every project. Our deep-rooted connection to the area ensures that your custom home is perfectly suited to both the local landscape and lifestyle.
